Who we are

GetMeOnline Media builds websites for businesses from Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. We are responsible for the personal details you give us on this site. Contact us any time at hello@getmeonline.ie.

What we collect

• What you type into the free quote form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business name, the package you picked and your message.
• The emails you send us and the replies we send back.
• If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, deliver your website. The legal basis is that you asked us to (steps before a contract), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

• Our website host and secure database, where quote requests are stored.
• Our email service, which sends a copy of each request to our inbox, and Microsoft Outlook, where that inbox lives.
• Calendly, if you book a call.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 2 years. Client records are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires (normally 6 years).

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers whether you picked dark or light mode. To show the live time and weather in Dundalk, your browser asks Open-Meteo for the forecast, and our fonts load from Google Fonts — both see your IP address as part of a normal web request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them — just email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
